Beautiful imitation leather strap. For some reason I thought it was neoprene when I bought it, but that was 100% user error. I bought this because I fly a lot and am tired of looking in my backpack under the seat in front of me every time I need hand sanitizer, lotion, a couple of jets, lip balm or headphones. Now I put everything in this cute bag that I keep in my backpack. When I get on the plane, all I have to do is take out this little bag and everything I need is in the back seat pocket in this bracelet. It also holds both of my cell phones. For this purpose it serves well! No complaints and did exactly what I needed. It was a good find.
