First, I apply some moisturizer to my face. Enter face and then with a roller. It's easy to apply and the cooling effect of the stone is so calming! It relieved me of tension headaches within 5 minutes of using both tools. The gouache scraper is perfect for those hard-to-reach areas and you can control the pressure a little better than with a roller. I started using it under my eyes for dark circles but love that it matches the contour of my cheeks. Overall I am very happy with this product and the benefits I see right away!
