At first I didn't think they would arrive by Christmas for my eight year old grandson but the customer service from the seller was phenomenal and somehow they managed to get them to me very quickly regardless they were shipped . time has not reflected it. My grandson loves them - they're cute, well made and comfortable, he says. His mom is glad he doesn't try to take her slippers anymore! I think he thought they were grown up because they are clog style which his four year old brother hasn't seen yet!
