Review on 🍫 Pure Protein Rich Chocolate Natural Whey Protein Powder - Gluten Free, Keto Friendly, 1.6lbs by Glen Sprout

I have been drinking Pure Protein's rich chocolate blend for many years and they recently changed their formula. The previous formula, which I have been drinking daily for many years, I would rate it 4 or 5 stars. When the first batch of the new recipe was mailed to me, I was certain I had received an expired stock from storage. It was old compared to what I had and like all the flavor had dried up. The creamy chocolate flavor is gone. Today I received my second batch in a new, modern, larger and thinner canister and my fears were confirmed; it wasn't an old outdated stock, it was a new, radically different formula. Now it will appear watery no matter how much powder you add milk or almond milk. Gone is the chocolate taste. As one 'reviewer' said it's 'not too sweet', um yeah, that's not exactly how I would describe it. It tastes more like a coffee smoothie or a chocolate chip cookie than a chocolate smoothie. That's not to say it's gross, it just has a very different taste, thinner and creamier, and a less desirable formula.
