Although the description says it measures 11-12 inches in height and 16-20 inches in girth, I got it measuring about 10.5 inches in height (not too far from the shortest range ) and measured just over 7 inches wide (x2 would give a circumference of about 14 inches). I had a really hard time trying it on over my head and it felt very tight. When washed I'm not sure if it will stretch or shrink. However, the fabric was amazing. It may be perfect for women or children, but it might be difficult for a man with a big head to fit. Unfortunately this is being returned as I believe the description was incorrect and that is the reason for the poor review. If the description was correct and it was the size requested, it is definitely good quality.
