So I ordered this tri-bag on 4th August 2021 and received it around 13th August 2021. Here it is on September 13, 2021, exactly one month after use, and the stitching is already there. separately. No warranty information found. What's wrong with it? I would think - hey, this is a triathlon bag and it really can take a beating. My last triathlon (TRY) lasted 11 YEARS! I only donated it because I wanted something new and there was nothing wrong with that. This Synergy bag has only lasted a month so far and the stitching has come undone. I really relate to the fall when I pulled a strap to pull the bag across the back seat of my car and it immediately came loose. When it comes to triathlon backpacks, you really do get what you pay for.
