This is a well made rash guard. I don't agree with other reviews that it's too small. Some people need to understand that this is an ill-advised defense and is meant to be somewhat harsh. I usually wear L-XL, I ordered 2 more based on the reviews. I sent it back and ordered XL and it fits perfectly. I'm 6ft 210lbs, I'm muscular but not muscular. I would recommend going one size up from the maximum or regular shirt size. If you want it to fit like a shirt, it's not for that.
