This is VERY well made and has good strong magnets to protect your reMarkable2 when it's closed. I LOVE the pen strap (the reason I bought it) and the general "feel" of this case. So you are. The ONLY reason I didn't give it five stars was personal preference for the crop size compared to reMarkable's. Actually, I'm used to it, but the finish is a bit larger than the R2, which means that pressing the top button that wakes it up, turns it off, etc. has a different feel than what your finger is clearly touching the edges of the lid , when the button is pressed, as opposed to the exact size of the edge, and you don't feel the edges of the rim when the button is pressed because there is a lid built into the R2. It's just a different "feel" and I prefer that the rim of the lid doesn't protrude at all when using this button. I've gotten used to that slight difference though and I'm generally glad I bought it and recommended it to other R2 owners. I never use the 'reading mode' feature where you can angle R2 and read or write to it that way. I prefer to fold the front cover back and let the magnets hold it flat - which they do quite well on both the front and back. For this reason I put an extra piece of double sided tape (included) on the back of the left side of the R2 so it doesn't hang around on the left side every time I open it. Overall I am very happy with this high quality case.
