1-3-2017 I've just upgraded my rating to 5 stars - took a chance and ordered again - this latest batch arrived neatly packaged (not too tight) and all the corners were perfect. Thank you for listening to my suggestion last time. 12-9-2016 I am increasing my rating to 4 stars. About a week after I unpacked the mats (found folded corners) found they had "relaxed" and were no longer folded. HOORAY ! So my guess is that the creases were caused by TOO STRONG PLASTIC PACKAGING on the storage/transport mats. MAYBE THIS IS FACTORY REGULATED? Knowing this, I will (yes) order as needed. While it won't stand out in a frame, it will stand out in a protective cellophane presentation sleeve. I would advise the manufacturer to buy a NEW KNIFE. Too bad I don't have time to order a new pack - I need it for a special occasion. Photos are attached. I would not order these again. Shame as I have ordered multi colored carpet packs many times with no problems. (Feel free to send me a replacement package for free. Thank you.)
