This is exactly what we were looking for. The design is perfect for our workspace and the front-fill design makes it easy to brew a great cup of coffee. Every morning we wake up with the perfect cup of coffee. It's easy to use, has a great programmable design and allows you to choose the strength of your coffee with 4 different strength options. Another feature we like is the Time After Brew feature, which tells you exactly how long the coffee has been since it was brewed. It has an automatic pause function so you can pour your cup while it's brewing. These are all qualities we look for in a coffee maker. Absolutely satisfied, highly recommended!
