Yes it works. But here's something. Get rid of that stupid spatula first. It does not matter. Apply the cream with your fingers and then wash your hands. And it says the cream should only be used for 5 minutes or 10 minutes if the hair is VERY thick. I used it for 12-13 minutes after several failed attempts. And when the time is finally up, use a towel to remove the cream/hair. Again, the spatula does NOTHING. And the smell is pretty bad, but I don't think any of the hair removal brands have figured out how to avoid it. So yes it works but you need a lot of product to get a good enough result which ends up being expensive and you can shave your whole body in the time it takes for a small piece of cream. I don't think I will buy hair removal cream again, feel like a waste of time.
