Honestly this is the best night protection I have ever used. I've been wearing mouthguards for over 10 years. I probably got a new one every 12-18 months for $700 each and dental insurance never covered it! I wish I had found Chiki sooner! It would save me so much money. I've been wearing Cheeky for two weeks now and I can already feel the difference. I'm one of those people who wake up in the morning with a headache because I'm exercising. No longer! Hope I don't screw it up lol.
