I have ordered a lovely plaid jacket for my young boxer. I measured his neck and chest using the chart method. His measurements were at their peak so I ordered a size up, XL. OMG, it doesn't close around his neck or chest. Measures about 4 inches too small, this is only for attaching a small velcro strap, also the length is so short it only reaches halfway down his back. If you really want to order this jacket, go 2 sizes up. Such a disappointment. TO UPDATE. I contacted the seller who was very responsive and provided great customer service and I immediately refunded the jacket. I felt like I had to try one on before buying rather than ordering some other type of invisible. I have provided my boxer's measurements so they will be ready to work with their measurement chart so people can order the correct size. The jacket appears to be very well made and suits a dog that does not have a large chest or long body. Again, great customer service!
