Not as warm as advertised

Let me start by saying that this top is very soft and comfortable but not as warm as advertised. I work in the ICU and bought this top to compare its "warmth" to cheaper similar tops and this particular top was a total disappointment. It didn't keep me warm any more than similar fleece lined tops I own that cost around $11.99. For the record, I wear this top as a tank top under my surgical top and always wear a surgical jacket over it. Unfortunately I didn't get warmer in this shirt. In my honest opinion, not worth €17.99!
