Customer Service is Amazing

So, I ordered my headset a little while ago and I was so excited, but low and behold it did not work. I was sad and upset and eventually returned the product for a refund. The seller contacted me, wanting to make it right. They asked me questions about my phone and came to the conclusion that I had simply bought the wrong headset. They sent me one they believed would work, and voila! It works like a charm. I am very please with the customer service on this product and how THEY reached out to ME. Good Job.
