This thing works well, but there are some design flaws that make it almost useless.1. The USB cable that goes to the computer is VERY short, so there is VERY limited space on my desk to attach it. Doesn't reach the most convenient places for me.2. The cord for the power adapter is also VERY short compared to power adapters and I don't even have an outlet far from it making it impossible to use. This means I can't use it to charge my devices as intended as it's not powerful enough without the adapter connected.3. The suction cups on the bottom of the device are useless. They have so little force that no matter how hard I try to attach them to my desk, they just bounce off the next time I touch the device. (Don't plug or unplug devices, just smack or push them, or turn either USB port on or off.) 4. The instructions are VERY poorly translated. The part that was supposed to tell you how to fix errors was called Make a Surprise. I give two stars for actually connecting devices to my computer, but that's about all I can give. It has too much bad stuff to be this expensive. I would like to buy another device at a comparable price.
