2nd update - They sent me a replacement hub. Now it doesn't work either. I noticed that my USB WiFi adapter went offline and wouldn't reconnect. Restart, delete in device manager, nothing helped. And then the wireless mouse and keyboard stopped working. Until I took them out of the hub and plugged them into a workstation. Voila. Back in action.
