I'll upvote two more stars and challenge them for their answer.

2nd update - They sent me a replacement hub. Now it doesn't work either. I noticed that my USB WiFi adapter went offline and wouldn't reconnect. Restart, delete in device manager, nothing helped. And then the wireless mouse and keyboard stopped working. Until I took them out of the hub and plugged them into a workstation. Voila. Back in action. And by the way, even if it didn't break, it would suck just because the cord is plugged in and doesn't have a plug where you can switch cords. Poor design, poor functionality, and reviews are also flagged as suspicious. Let's go back to SIIG or Ankur. Update - this thing just keeps going downhill so I'm dropping 2 more stars. connected. Connects to various adapters. My SIIG doesn't show this behavior at all. It looks like this device has a leak. When my original review was posted, you can see that they left a comment about contacting me. However, there's no contact information in this post, and it's not entirely clear where exactly you get it - there is LyfnLove Direct, but it's not clear who to contact. No website. As? Either they aren't that smart or they don't really care and it's just a smoke screen to give the appearance of customer service. Maybe some of them work, but I suspect they have serious quality control issues. _________ Use it in my home music studio. Save it due to the continued inconvenience of returning to Revane unless you have to. But one of the ports doesn't work even though the light is on. While it may work as a charging port, haven't tried it yet. I got it based on the quantity available, but I think I'd be better off with a different SIIG.
