We made this for our recent bathroom renovation in Santa Cruz, CA. We opted for a rain shower on the ceiling and an adjustable hand shower on a pole. I never thought a rain shower would be our fallback option: a hand held shower is much nicer. The problem I have with the H2Okinetic rain shower is that, to be honest, it is very weak. My wife describes it as like someone urinating on you. Also, it's very noisy. Our plumber will come back to see if the water limiter was installed according to building codes. After passing the last test, we can remove this. If that's the case, I'll give an update. Whether a flow restrictor is required for compliance and you care about water, you might want to try a different shower head.
