Comfortable buttons, when they work they work very well. Essentially, these buttons work by simply running the Zoom keyboard shortcuts. Alt + A to mute/unmute the sound and Alt + v to start and stop the video. There are several scenarios where this doesn't work. For example, if the Zoom application is not in focus on the second monitor, the buttons will not respond.
