The hole in the table where the face goes has square edges at the top, so it hurts when I lie horizontally. There is also hard plastic on the bottom of the face hole that keeps me stuck there. I have to put my face down very carefully to avoid all these awkward things and even then I can only endure it for a few minutes. The detachable face holder is too high and cannot be lowered. My whole head and neck would contort strangely to use it. The padding on the table is quite thin - barely adequate. Like I said, it seems pretty sturdy. The taut wires holding it together underneath feel well designed, nice and taut. I'll probably spend a little more money and get a more comfortable one. To answer the question that came up, it folds and unfolds very quickly.
