I love this bag! I use it like a normal bag and find the size and shape perfect. The only problem I have with it is that after at least a month of daily use, the inner insulation has torn. It started almost immediately after I bought it at the seams above. I decided to rip it out (as I don't really care about the insulating function) and I still use and love the bag. I think for the price this is a wonderful item and if used to insulate a wine bottle when traveling it is perfectly fine. But when it wears out, it just doesn't stay in the insulating part of the bag. The outside, handles and zipper are strong and hold up well. I would buy again despite the flaws.
