After over a month of use I have tied feelings about this topper. I have reflux and I need my bed to be on a specific angle to ensure the acids don't burn my esophagus. I used to incline my bed which worked really well but decided to give this topper a try. The first days were really awesome and it worked as intended, however 2 weeks into it and some problems started top arise. My body would sink on the middle of it (mostly I think because of my weight) and I would wake up with terrible back pains. Also it is really for it to move from its current position when you turn. Eventually it stopped the perfect curve it used to have at the beginning so I'm not sure about the material quality. I think I will have to return to incline the bed since this is actually injuring my back. But if you are less than 200 pounds it might work really well for you.
