New but NOT improved :(
I bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005S6HMRA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00? in January and went out. Checked on Revain and saw it as a was re-advertised and improved with stronger foam.It was also a bit cheaper than the one I bought in January so I figured I had nothing to lose.I bought it Efferedent smells fresher.I think they clean about same, so at least that aspect hasn't changed negatively.But next time I run out I'll definitely go back to the old Efferdent.
