Review on 🚗 Walker Exhaust CalCat Carb 82663 Catalytic Converter - Direct Fit by Robert Tirona

I bought this to replace the cat on my 2000 Subaru Forester. Pro - 1, it fits snugly and has two cats. Simply remove the muffler bracket on the gearbox, 2 nuts and bolts in the front and 2 nuts and bolts in the rear to swap with your old cat. The flange mounting holes seem to match up nicely. 2, the diameter of the tube is larger than the factory, but about 1/4 inch. I haven't had any issues with Oxygen threading as others have mentioned. Con - 1, the exhaust pipe support bracket welded to the pipe did not match the factory support bracket. I had to remove the bracket from the gearbox to bend the bracket before the hole lined up. There was only one screw on top and the bracket was flimsy it flexes easily so it was easy to attach and it's ok 2 this is a universal cat factory cat sockets on the angel. This cat's run is straight. Because of this, the tubes bend at different angles compared to the factory tubes, making the factory heat shields no longer fit on tubes and crampons. So far everything is working fine. Just be sure to remove stickers and decals BEFORE installation or they will smoke and burn when you start the engine.
