If you have a new car you may find that those headlights don't always stay on. They are constantly being turned on and off. This is not necessarily a lighting failure, but a circuit failure in the USB charging port in the car. These lights don't draw enough current to keep the USB port going, so they keep turning on and off. Very disappointing.
