Review on Mini Children'S Ukulele Toy | Educational Musical Instrument For Toddlers | 17 Inch 4-String Guitar | Beginner'S Tutorial With Picks, Strap, And Anti-Impact Construction For Consistent Tone by Nate Jenkins

off by half a note in my review

If you just want a fun pretend instrument, this toy is great. If you want a fun toy instrument that you can still use to pick out a tune (like the cheap plastic recorders that still play the same notes as real ones), this is not it. There's no way to play a half step up from the open string, the first fret is at a whole note, then it moves up in halves as it should. Not sure why someone would bother to make a ukulele with tunable strings, then put the frets in the wrong places. I suppose you could figure out ways to play this, but your learning wouldn't transfer to a real instrument.

Pros
  • YOLOPLUS+
Cons
  • May not withstand repeated drops or impacts
