Default mode flickers when turned on
The lights are on normally but they cannot be used with the sunset twilight timer as they will turn back on in a flickering mode after being turned off no matter what mode they are in before switching on were off. This completely defeats the purpose of using them outdoors as Christmas lights, especially if you live in a cold place and don't want to go outside at dusk to change modes every day.
