Review on ELECROW 7" Portable Raspberry Touchscreen - CapACitIve, 1024X600 Resolution by Sammy Vilmar

By default, my display's HDMI audio was not working. Elecrow walked me through the 4 steps to solve the problem. Step 1: Suggest the most common solution (dtoverlay). Step 2. Suggest the second most common solution (HDMI drive). Step 3 Check the entire config.txt file. Step 4. Ask me to check the hardware volume control. When none of them solved the problem, they speeded me up with a new display. Nice that I didn't have to send in the defective display. Elecrow doesn't get 5 stars due to a defect, but the customer service has been reliable and the 7-day troubleshooting/replacement process isn't unreasonable.
