I'm a fan of the green frying pan. I have used different models of their pans and these are my favorites. I've noticed that some people have issues with sticking and carbonation - the best way to help with this is to use a melamine sponge (like Magic Erasers). It's recommended to only use a melamine sponge if you're getting plenty of fizz without sticking, it should get your pan like new again (or nearly so). * Don't forget to wash the pan with warm soapy water afterwards. I have found small scratches on these pots from using metal utensils so I would recommend using silicone or plastic for these pots and pans. They stack well in two piles in my closet. They are quite heavy and willing to cook multiple meals every day for almost a year.
