Poor quality Good for traditional laptops

I was surprised because HP computers are usually the best in every way. However, this computer gave me problems when I first turned it on. It turned on and off by itself. Bluetooth connected only occasionally. When I tried to type something in the search bar, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Not the HP quality I'm used to.
