I ordered 18H first because my 13 year old was wearing that, although it's still a bit big. He weighs 127 pounds 5 feet 1 inch. 18H was too big. But I saved them for later if needed. Size 16H in regular pants or shorts bought from the store ran small. Then I ordered 16H from the same seller. They are a bit big but not to the point of falling over so there is room to grow if needed. No more morning fights over clothes!
