The core products were developed by us and were delivered on time, within budget and were exactly as promised. They were developed in line with our existing processes and the new software added a level of efficiency and automation that was very helpful to us. We will definitely continue to use them for future projects. Celerity provided excellent customer service from day one! Our sales rep made sure everything went smoothly during the contract negotiations and she helped guide us through every step of the process until the end when they installed the product and trained us how to use it. She answered all questions promptly, even after hours and days later. I would highly recommend using Celerity without reservation because of her outstanding customer service skills.
