Good quality Hot Water Bottle!
I suffer badly from menstrual cramps, and using a hot water bottle helps me a lot. Compared to others, this bottle has a great quality, is made of thick rubber, but bendable at the same time. I like that it keeps the water warm for more than 1 hour.It’s easy to pour water in the bottle because it is transparent and the mouth is wide enough.The cover looks well done, and helps when the water is too hot.Be sure to NOT microwave it and fill only to 2/3 capacity maximum.
