Pros: I really like the sound quality. The noise cancellation works almost too well. The microphone when making calls is good. The Bluetooth range is incredible! I am generally satisfied with the product and the color is beautiful. Cons: The charging and storage case is without a doubt the worst design I have ever seen! There's nothing positive about that. To be honest I've been trying for months and still have to use tweezers or a knife to open it 😡 The case's charging port is a bit crooked. The micro charging cable is loosely plugged into the charging port and does not light up, so you cannot see if they are charged. Sometimes not. They sit flush in my normal sized ears. Sometimes they just fall out of your ear. It will most likely look better in men's ears. That's why I gave 3 stars; The headphones are very difficult to turn on and off or answer calls with a touch. Because they slip or if you accidentally trip over them. You will likely loosen connections on the left and only get sound on the right. Turning off and on again doesn't help.
