I ordered these to replace a rope light in my 5 year old son's bedroom closet that over time has had most of its bulbs go out. The string works as it should with no issues noted in testing different features and functions, with the remote and the mobile app, which I had no issues downloading and connecting to the string in seconds. There are a ton of different settings and color configurations, and I honestly have not had an opportunity to really get crazy with them, since my son just likes them plain blue, but he was pretty excited over seeing all the different presets available. The string comes on a plastic wheel, making installation easy. My only complaint about this item is that it does not come with the required USB plug, so you have to have one on hand, or buy one. I know this is fairly typical, but there has been a noticeable increase in sellers providing these plugs recently, so I feel it is worth noting, so that nobody is expecting the plug when they order and can be prepared when it arrives. Other than that, this string of lights is awesome! I'm happy, and my son is definitely sleeping better at night with his closet illuminated in his favorite color, so he is just as happy.
