NOT suitable for 3/4 " wood.
I should have listened to other reviews that said they are not suitable for 3/4" wood, but these reviews are a few years old ago so I thought the manufacturer fixed the problem They have a .709 clearance between the barrel and the hinge edge which is exactly 18mm so I think that's the problem since they are from Taiwan The location must give an accurate description of the size and specifically state that they will not fit wood larger than .750" in diameter, or change their design. The reason for purchasing these so-called "non-pockettable" hinges.
