Simplehuman touchless automatic touch soap dispenser looks great and works very well. I like the fact that you can adjust the amount of soap dispensed based on where you put your hands - no buttons to press. This makes it easier for me to get more soap for my big hands and still my kids don't waste soap on their little hands. I'm deducting a star for the following reasons: 1) It's almost as if the common man doesn't want a warranty: That's the only reason I can explain why the serial number is hidden on a label inside the device requires, that you look at the bottom and sides of the soap container to find the serial number label. It took me 5 minutes with a flashlight and camera to finally read the serial number. Put your soap away AFTER receiving the serial number. 3) I love soap, but for a $50 soap dispenser, it has to hold a full 9 ounces or a selection of multiple flavors. However, a 3-ounce sample of lavender is fine. 4) I don't like that the charging port is always visible on the back of the device. To be honest it looks like a part (cover) is missing. The charger is magnetic; They should have just created a magnetic cover. 5) Minimalist instructions could be a bit more detailed. As others have noted, it's not clear how long it's supposed to charge for. I found the lights intuitive enough: red means it needs to be charged, flashing blue means it's charging, and solid blue means it's ready to go. Other than those issues (most disappointing is the serial number label) it seems like a good thing. spray. I'm curious to see how long the battery will last and how long the device will last. Also check before you buy soap. This is often cheaper direct from simplehuman.
