I wasn't expecting it to come in a 2-3 inch tall rectangular flat box. It comes completely disassembled but when complete it's amazing! that when preparing a sandwich you don't lose any shelf space when your sandwich bread is on it.It has a very modern natural bamboo color and the transparent boxes are made of plexiglass which is perfect as the quality used is like glass. It holds so much and on the top shelf is my Swedish butter dish, also with a bamboo lid, along with a sugar bowl and Splenda bowl. I don't farm and if you like clean modern lines or rustic decor then either way this will work just fine. To sum it up, I love it and it's so cute! We got a lot of counter space back and I love how we used the vertical space instead!
