The ability to see how well our team members are performing in their roles and where they need improvement. I like the fact that you can create your own profiles for each employee so it's easy to find out what each person is working on and what projects they are currently working on. It can be tedious when you have to go back and forth between profiles. Also, sometimes it takes a while to get an answer from someone at Korn Ferry. Having a better understanding of who we have on our team and what they are doing gives us more insight into problems we face as a business. This helps us make better decisions about how best to allocate resources.
