Great bands for hip and butt exercises.
I have had these bands for over a month now. I continue to use them and feel they were an excellent purchase. They are wide and don’t constrict like the flimsy stretch bands. The three bands seem to have the same stretch.but they each are different in size. I use mainly the medium and large bands around my knees and thighs for strengthening my hips and butt. They show no signs of wear after daily use.
- Loved this for my workout! Very nice quality.
- May not provide enough resistance for larger muscle groups
