Easy way of tracking customer transactions

I like how easy it was for me as an employee to access my orders in real time, without having to go into our system manually! It's very helpful that we can see where things are falling short so they don't get lost or forgotten. The only thing I dislike is sometimes when you have multiple items checked out at once there might be 2 different queues one with just your order (which makes sense) but then also another queue if someone else has their hand up too which seems unnecessary. There could really be some improvements made here though because this isn't something new anymore. We've been using queuing software since 2012 now and haven't had any issues. Our customers love being able to check themselves through the self-checkout kiosk and not need help from us employees.
