Keyboard does NOT work with Nvidia Shield Pro

I had high hopes for this remote. Everything seemed to be working fine on the block. Uses 5 learning buttons for my surround receiver. The light works, the air mouse works well. Flip it over and the keyboard doesn't work at all. Only the up, down, right, and left buttons work. Along with backspace and enter. That's all. I will return the device.
