Review on Revant Polarized Replacement Titanium MirrorShield by Tim Harrington

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do not buy. Wrong size can damage frames.

Not satisfied. These lenses destroyed my frame. The edges are beveled instead of a step like on factory lenses. The bevel creates unnecessary rotational forces at the edges of the frames, causing them to break just above the bridge. I have two pairs of these frames and these lenses both broke. When the first pair broke I thought it was an accident as the frames were over 5 years old. So I put them in a second pair that are only 2 years old. They lasted about a week before the frame broke in the same spot.

Pros
  • BEST MATERIALS | Manufactured from injection molded polycarbonate. Stronger and lighter than glass lenses. Meets ANSI Z80.3 impact standards
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
