It's easy to use and implement, which is great for small business. I like the analytics it provides. I can see what is working and what is not. I also appreciate the customer support. Sometimes I have a question and I don't get a quick answer from support. I would like to see a more robust analytics library to help with my business needs. I would like to understand what my clients are doing. Where they are. Then I can adjust my marketing strategy to make sure we are reaching all our potential clients. It is very easy to use with all required information for our marketing team available in one place. I like how it is able to pull historical data so we can compare current trends vs past years as well. There could be some additional options or addons added but overall this software has been great thus far! Tracking activity across platforms including social media and emails is much easier than previous tools.
