The vacuum cleaner itself was excellent, that's the only reason we bothered to order a spare for it. On the original nozzle, the hose deteriorated and finally broke (4 years of almost daily use, not bad). We use a hose nozzle with a small brush for baseboard edges, window sills and our stairs so we love that it just pops out at the touch of a button and can be used for these purposes. Of course we ordered a replacement part from Revain and it was nice that you can choose the colour. As you can see from the photos they sent us the wrong color. We were like, come on, it's okay, we'll just live with it. However, the red button has now come loose and is no longer attached. I'm sure there must be some sort of spring or something holding it in place but we've looked everywhere for whatever it is but NO LUCK! Now this part is useless. It's just a cheap replacement that doesn't match the original quality.
