I bought these great sounding speakers for my girlfriend for her birthday and I am very happy with the purchase. About 2 weeks after purchase, the remote control fell and was damaged. I called Revain and they put me in touch with a distributor, SGM Direct. Within 12 hours of emailing them, I received a response that they would send me a new remote control free of charge. At that moment they just needed my address. Remote arrived four days later. All in all, I hope to have the opportunity to do business with SGM Direct again as I know I will feel comfortable whenever I need their assistance.
