Russell Wilson promotes this ball to be thrown 100 yards. Of course, if you're an NFL QB or a top athlete, you can reach 75+. But this soccer ball doesn't fly right no matter how you calibrate it. First, he's too light to throw hard enough to get that far. Second, because of the hard plastic of the thing's inner casing, it's painful to catch. Finally, if you have big hands (I'm 9.5 inches, so they're not huge), you're going to have a hard time grabbing the ball let alone starting a perfect spiral. I would only recommend this ball if you are around 12 years old. years and have a super strong hand. 7/5 I would not buy again. I want a full refund for this tiny plastic crappy monster.
