I've recently tried three of these neck reading lights: Frishare (this one), Glocusent and Vekkia. Of these three, I keep the Vekkia model. The Frishare model is relatively light, the headlights work well as advertised and it has nice hardened bodywork which is actually its main selling point. However, the rubber temples are thicker than other models and slightly larger. Also, when you flex the flexible arms, I could immediately see the rubber peeling away from the battery case exposing the wiring (see photo). I also tried the Glocusent version. It worked well but had two main problems. It's less flexible with a larger battery on the back and doesn't work with USB-C chargers (my main issue). Although advertised as USB-C, I was only able to charge it with the included cable, which you plug into a USB-A charger and into a lamp with a USB-C-like end. When I tried multiple Apple OEM USB-C chargers and USB-C to USB-C cables, it wouldn't charge. In the end I settled on a Vekkia neck light. It is lightweight and has thinner temples than the Frishare. Admittedly these are all cheap lamps but at first glance the Vekkia looks better considering the Frishare cables were exposed. The Vekkia charged perfectly with my own USB-C to Micro USB cables. The Vekkia's lowest brightness setting is also lower than the Frishare or Glocusent, meaning you can dim the brightness when your spouse is asleep.
