It can be customized in so many ways, with more features to come, we were able to do things way beyond we had originally anticipated - or hoped for! The staff are very responsive during implementation, both from RLG and from our technical team, but also after going live. I wouldn't not choose this solution. It's like an entire organization of experts behind what you'd expect, plus it's easy to use and navigate from your home office too! We have a variety of different types of customers (financial institutions, healthcare providers). Each requires varying security levels, in some cases high-security requirements, while others may work in lower settings. With RightsLogic being the central point for access controls, users can now access information quickly without needing multiple points throughout various networks. The simplicity of use, it works very well for our organization where we can manage all aspects related with rights from one solution!The price could be better since there are other solutions more expensive but if you want quality then this product will not disappoint as longs its functionality. We have solved in an easy way problems like managing different licenses or permissions levels according with user roles (supervisor vs employee).
